Our Next Apartment
We are doing this thing at the right time. The housing market is tanking (cali house values are taking a dump and will only continue to drop), the rental market is sizzling (our new place is about to raise rents [we signed just in time]), and its much closer to the places we hang and marieta's job. Yeah so we're pretty excited. This will be the first place we live in as a married couple. That's pretty huge! The second room will be big enough for our desks and a guest bed. Now we just gotta buy another bed! But the best part of all? Washer/Dryer in unit! Life will never be the same.
